There is a new player in the game of sneaker shops. To enable a strategic positioning of this newcomer in a saturated landscape. We embarked, in collaboration with Affaires Internes, on a journey to define the brand concept. The results were cast in a so called Brand Guide which provides the necessary guidance in future brand communication and brand strategies.
Additionally, we created a supporting promo guide to bind several sneaker brands to this new concept at an early stage.
