Feasibility study and architectural design for the programmatic implementation of two unused floor levels above a shop space. The new program consists of two exquisite inner city apartments for young professionals. The adjacent ally is used for creating an entrance to the new staircase that connects all levels. This staircase was realised during the first phase (reconstruction of the retail space) of the reconstruction, to enable accessibility of the storage and office space on the first level.
